Dear Neighbor,

My name is Tom Bilyk and I am your neighbor. I am running for judge in the 11th sub-circuit judicial district to represent you in the Cook County justice system. I have prepared this 2-minute video to help you become better informed about who I am and what I stand for. Please take a moment to view it.

My Experience and Qualifications
I have been serving you as an Assistant State’s Attorney for 26 years. During that time I’ve put thousands of violent criminals behind bars as a Lead Attorney in the Felony Trial Division, stopped hundreds of corrupt public officials and employees as the Head of the Public Corruption Unit, and I am currently spearheading reforms in our system as the Chief of the Juvenile Justice Division.

You Can Make a Difference
You have a big opportunity in the February 2nd Primary Election to elect a new kind of Judge from our community, a judge with proven Integrity who will implement Restorative Justice. If you or your neighbors are harmed by someone, how will you or they be treated? Will the harm done to you and the community be healed and will the offender’s underlying issues really be dealt with?
